Channelview – A body was found in front of Harvey Brown Elementary in Channelview.
Classes were delayed until 10:15 due to the body being found.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez tweeted out, “At first glance, it does not appear to be an auto-pedestrian crash. It appears the body may have been dumped out of a vehicle.”
Deputies are on the scene of Wallisville Road near Rancho Paloma.
Body found at Brown Elementary in Channelview; classes delayed
A body was found on the street in front of Harvey Brown Elementary in Channelview. Classes were postponed until 10:15.
It is unknown if there is any connection to a nearby incident, where a burglary or a motor vehicle occurred, and a homeowner followed the suspect vehicle and gunfire was exchanged.
